Items are shipped as quickly as possible, but, some items are drop shipped from our distributors which may cause a delay. If the item is in stock at the shop it will be shipped typically the next day by the service chosen at check out.

When multiple items are added and purchased the items may be in stock at different locations. If this occurs you may receive multiple packages for a single order. No extra shipping costs are inccured by you the customer.

Ranger Vapes LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. The carrier will assume responsibility for such instances. Contact Ranger Vapes LLC and we will work with you and the carrier to find a quick and appropriatte resolution.

Unfortunately coils cannot be returned or refunded, but we will work with you to come to an agreeable resolution. Mods and atomizers are the responsibility of the manufactueres warranty of which Ranger Vapes LLC does not have an official part in.

Ranger Vapes LLC will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rangervapes.com with a photo of the item and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
